Netcad’s Official Visit to Kyrgyzstan

For more than five years, Netcad has been developing business relations overseas. According to the company’s objective, this year; Netcad will also start promoting activities in Central Asia and the Turkic Republics. In this context, Netcad delegation has made a visit to Krygyzstan.

Special Representative Mr. Emin Bank, Account Manager  Mr. Özer Arcan and Sales Engineer Mr.Görkem Öğüt  made an official visit to Kyrgystan. Their visit included talks with the MP’s and representatives of government agencies, universities, and the private companies in Kyrgyzstan..

Meetings were held with senior officials of the Head of the State Registration- Department of Cadastre, Ministry of Environmental Protection and Forestry - Department of Forestry and Hunting Inventory and Krygyzstan Construction, Transport and Architecture State University.  During the visits, our representatives provided  detailed information on Netcad’s solutions, meanwhile possible co-operation issues discussed and forestry and cadastre solutions were also presented accordingly.

Within the scope of the " Capacity Development Project" aims to establish a Geographic Information System and Ecosystem-Based Forest Management Plan utilizing Remote Sensing Techniques, Republic of Turkey- Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs- General Directorate of Forestry and the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), together have been organizing  meetings with Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.  Last meeting was held in Kyrgyzstan and Netcad’s International Sales Director Mr. Musa Semerci also attended to this meeting.

In order to support and promote this initiative; Netcad representatives decided to present technical capabilities to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Forestry of the Kyrgyz Republic and as part of that technical presentations were demonstrated .

Presentations included information on, Forestry activities, Forest Cadastre Workflow, Department of Forestry and Water Affairs. Also; in detail, KADBİS Project and Republic of Turkey Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs’  Afforestation Project were presented to the Kyrgyz authorities.

In the meantime, to promote existing relations between the two countries, Netcad provided three computers and Netcad licences to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Forestry’s Department of Forestry and Hunting Inventory..
